Yoga

Yoga Work 


Fitness is becoming a big thing in my life and something I want to take control of. I decided to make a serious change in my eating habits and my physical activity. It's been 7 months and I've definitely been able to see and feel the difference in myself. I set little goals of new things i wanted to try and one of them happen to be yoga. 
Thankfully, my friend Gwen was up for this new hobby. We started a little fitness journey together which i would definetly recommend. working out with a friend or having someone to push you is always a good motivator. We started eating better and running at least 2 times a week and now we're going to add mini workouts and yoga to our list. We went out the other day and i took some pictures. 
I'd first like to say yoga is not easy (For the most part) and i am no pro, but i'm looking forward to getting better. 

of course we're right by the tennis courts might as well bring our rackets
